Curd Professional Appraisal Services, was established approximately sixteen (16) years ago and has grown to provide a wide range of professional appraisal services in the Eastern Kentucky region. Currently, Curd Professional Appraisal Services consists of six (6) professional and technical employees with office locations in Morehead and West Liberty, Kentucky. Joe Curd, Jr., is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Kentucky and is pre-qualified by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for real estate appraisal services. Services include residential, commercial and light industrial appraisals and appraisal reviews of real estate.
